the site was made by our tech head Koolman ... the purpose is simple it helps any 1 setting up a sever , it gives tutorials etc ... it has many plugins, tweaks, dloads for a HL server mods " ull be suprised how much u can do 2 ensure ur server runs good " may be worth looking at 2 fix ur war server lag prob ... it has loads of other stuff like config tweaks 2 increase ur game play " xhairs etc all legal " Anywho check it out it has 2 much stuff 2 explain that will help all members/admins and general public
